Continuing Education Information:

All continuing education requirements for grandfathered Loan Originators must be completed by December 31, 2009.
- If you have already taken any approved Continuing Education courses in 2008, They may be applied to the 8 hours required in 2009.
- License Renewal:
- 2009 Mortgage Lender & Broker and Mortgage Loan Originator Streamlined Renewal Process through the NMLS.
- All company, branch and individual licenses must be renewed between November 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008.
